Privacy Policy for ToDots

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

Antonio Mauro Gargiulo built the ToDots app as a free utility application. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as-is.

Information Collection and Use

To provide a seamless task-management experience and sync your data across sessions, ToDots collects minimal information required for account creation and functionality:

• Account Information: When you sign up or authenticate (such as via Email, Apple, or Google), we collect your account identifier and email address to manage your secure login.
• Task Data: We store the task titles, descriptions, due dates, and priority levels you create. All user data is securely stored using Google Firebase.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, specifically Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Analytics).

Children's Privacy

ToDots requires users to be at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
